Marbella beach clubs come in all shapes and styles, from glamorous pool clubs and barefoot beach restaurants to family-friendly spots and all-day parties. But choosing the right one can make all the difference.
We’ve rounded up the best beach clubs in Marbella for 2026, including long-standing favourites, exciting new openings and a few worth the short drive to Estepona. Whether you’re coming for the food, pool, beach beds, DJs or simply a long lunch by the sea, here’s where we’d go — and what each one does best.

Below are the places we think are genuinely worth knowing in 2026, along with what each does best:
Best for: Food, sunsets & beach parties
Location: Elviria
Vibe: Mediterranean chic
Pool: No
Party vibe: ★★★★★
La Plage Casanis remains one of our favourites for a long lunch by the sea. Food is one of the main reasons to come, with Mediterranean dishes, seafood and rice taking centre stage, but the setting and music are just as important. Its programme regularly features world-class DJs and premium artists, bringing a livelier energy as lunch flows into sunset. Unlike a traditional pool club, everything happens right beside the beach, creating an easy transition from lunch and sunbathing to cocktails and dancing. Sundays are particularly lively thanks to the Sunset Ritual, when the atmosphere builds towards evening.
TAO LIVIN TIP: For the I 💙 Wed and Sunday Sunset Ritual full experience, book a late lunch and stay for the party. A table on the upper deck is a great option if you want your own base as the atmosphere builds, while the party also spills onto the sand in front of the DJ.
Best for: Luxury, poolside glamour & special events
Location: Los Monteros
Vibe: Dolce & Gabbana chic
Pool: Yes
Party vibe: ★★☆☆☆
Few Marbella beach clubs do glamour quite like La Cabane. This long-standing Los Monteros icon has been reimagined with Dolce & Gabbana interiors and a culinary concept by Dani García, creating one of the coast’s most distinctive luxury beach-club experiences. The pool is the centrepiece, surrounded by statement loungers and unmistakable blue-and-white décor, while lunch leans towards Mediterranean and Italian flavours. Unlike the clubs built around all-day partying, La Cabane is better suited to lingering over lunch, relaxing poolside and enjoying the setting. On selected dates, though, La Cabane shifts up a gear, with special events and major DJs bringing a much livelier crowd — so it’s worth checking what’s on before you book.
TAO LIVIN TIP: If you’re looking for the best beach club in Marbella for pure poolside glamour, La Cabane belongs high on the shortlist.

Best for: DJ events & table parties
Location: El Cable, Marbella
Vibe: Boho-chic & energetic
Pool: No
Party vibe: ★★★★★
If a high-energy DJ event is what you’re after, Playa Padre should be near the top of your list. Playa Padre Beach Club is known for its bohemian setting, international DJs and standout events, but there’s more to it than the dance floor. The Playa Padre menu Marbella mixes Mediterranean flavours with international influences, making lunch a good starting point before the energy picks up later in the day. Sundays are especially popular thanks to Playa Padre BOHO Sunday, one of Marbella’s best-known weekly beach parties.
TAO LIVIN TIP: If you’re coming for a particular DJ, book ahead and check exactly what your booking gives you access to. The main DJ area can have different access requirements during bigger events, so a lunch reservation or general entry doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll be able to dance right in front of the DJ.
Best for: Iconic beach parties & entertainment
Location: Elviria
Vibe: Energetic
Pool: Yes
Party vibe: ★★★★★
An icon of Marbella’s beach-club scene, Nikki Beach combines its signature all-white setting with a pool, beach beds, Mediterranean dining, DJs and live entertainment. It’s one of the Marbella beach clubs to choose when you want more than a quiet day in the sun, with the atmosphere building around music and special events throughout the season. Despite its party reputation, you can just as easily come for lunch and a relaxed afternoon before things get livelier.
TAO LIVIN TIP: Nikki Beach is a classic for a reason. If you have your eye on a particular beach bed or one of the bigger summer events, book well ahead — high-season dates can fill up quickly.
Best for: Pool parties & groups
Location: Puerto Banús / Nueva Andalucía
Vibe: Glamorous pool-club energy
Pool: Yes
Party vibe: ★★★★★
Set just a short walk from Puerto Banús, Ocean Club Marbella is built around an enormous saltwater pool surrounded by oversized white sunbeds overlooking the Mediterranean. This is one of the best beach clubs in Marbella for the classic pool-club experience: champagne, DJs, glamorous surroundings and a social atmosphere that becomes livelier as the day unfolds. Food isn’t an afterthought either, with Mediterranean-inspired dining at Amaï overlooking the sea. Fridays bring Elements, while Retro Society takes over Sundays with remixed classics spanning the ’70s through to the 2000s.
TAO LIVIN TIP: Ocean Club works best when you embrace the full experience. Book a pool bed in advance and dress accordingly — the current dress code is elegant beachwear.
Best for: Relaxed pool days & families
Location: Don Carlos, Elviria
Vibe: French Riviera chic
Pool: Yes
Party vibe: ★★☆☆☆
One of the newer names to know, Lucía Summer Club brings French Riviera-inspired style to the Don Carlos resort in Elviria. The emphasis is on unhurried summer days: Mediterranean food, cocktails, a large pool and plenty of space to settle in for the afternoon rather than a packed party programme. Its combination of hotel-resort facilities and a more relaxed atmosphere also makes Lucía worth considering when researching the best family beach clubs Marbella has to offer, particularly if a pool is important.
TAO LIVIN TIP: Lucía is a good alternative to Marbella’s louder beach clubs when you want lunch, pool time and a sophisticated setting all in one place.
Best for: Boho style & food
Location: Playa de Las Chapas, exit El Rosario
Vibe: Ibiza-inspired boho chic
Pool: No
Party vibe: ★★★☆☆
For barefoot boho glamour, Nosso beach club is hard to beat. Smaller and more intimate than many of Marbella’s larger beach clubs, NOSSO combines cool boho design, beach beds, cocktails, music and a restaurant directly on the sand. The more compact setting is part of its appeal, particularly if you want atmosphere without the scale or intensity of a full-on party club. The Nosso menu has an Asian-Mediterranean and Nikkei influence, so it’s a particularly good option if you want something different from the usual seafood-and-paella formula.
TAO LIVIN TIP: Choose Nosso Beach Marbella if you want an Ibiza-inspired atmosphere that sits somewhere between chilled beach day and party.
Best for: Food, stylish beach & relaxed family beach days
Location: El Rosario
Vibe: Bohemian Mediterranean
Pool: No
Party vibe: ★★★☆☆
Dune is one of the more food-focused additions to Marbella’s beach scene, pairing an earthy, bohemian design with a menu that travels well beyond traditional Mediterranean beach-club fare. At Dune Beach Club Marbella, expect everything from seafood and grilled dishes to Asian, Middle Eastern and Latin American influences, making it a good choice when lunch matters just as much as the sunbed. The atmosphere is stylish without feeling overly formal, with music adding energy as the day progresses.
TAO LIVIN TIP: Think of Dune Beach restaurant as somewhere to plan lunch first and your beach day around it — especially if your group likes a varied menu.
Best for: Families, pool days & long lunches
Location: Guadalmina Baja
Vibe: Relaxed Mediterranean luxury
Pool: Yes
Party vibe: ★★☆☆☆
Barbillón is a particularly good all-rounder, combining a beachfront restaurant, pool and beach area across its spacious Guadalmina Baja setting. Food is a major part of the experience: the Barbillón Marbella menu moves from seafood and raw dishes to rice, fish and meat, making this somewhere we’d happily book for lunch even without the beach beds. It works particularly well for groups and families who want everyone to find something they like without giving up the polished beach-club atmosphere. Expect Mediterranean style rather than an Ibiza-style party scene.
TAO LIVIN TIP: Book lunch and build the day around it — Barbillón makes most sense when you enjoy the restaurant, pool and beach together.
Best for: Seafood & laid-back days
Location: Playa Real de Zaragoza, Marbella East
Vibe: Contemporary Mediterranean
Pool: No
Party vibe: ★★☆☆☆
New to Playa Real de Zaragoza, Sabine Beach takes over one of Marbella’s loveliest stretches of sand with a concept centred as much around eating well as spending the day by the sea. The current menu covers fresh market fish, seafood, salads and an impressive selection of paellas and rice dishes, including lobster paella and arroz meloso with octopus and carabineros. Its relaxed beachfront setting also makes Sabine another option to consider among the best family beach clubs Marbella offers when you’re looking for good food without a heavy party focus.
TAO LIVIN TIP: Come for lunch and make a day of it — Sabine works particularly well if you’re looking for a polished beach-club experience without going full party mode.

Best for: Laid-back lunches & live entertainment
Location: Costabella / El Rosario, Marbella East
Vibe: Relaxed, social & unpretentious
Pool: No
Party vibe: ★★★☆☆
Siroko Beach is one of our favourite Marbella beach clubs for a more relaxed day with a good crowd, particularly when different generations are spending the day together. Sunbeds for adults, a garden and a children’s area make it more practical for families than many of Marbella’s party-led clubs. The Siroko Beach menu covers Mediterranean and international favourites, making it a great choice for a leisurely lunch. Weekends bring plenty of energy with DJs, saxophonists, drummers and live music, creating a lively yet easy-going atmosphere that often has guests up and dancing.
TAO LIVIN TIP: Come earlier with children; stay later if you want to see Siroko’s more energetic side once the music gets going.
Best for: Beachfront dining & Golden Mile style
Location: Puente Romano, Golden Mile
Vibe: Relaxed five-star chic
Pool: No
Party vibe: ★★★☆☆
Set directly on the sand at Puente Romano, Chiringuito is where a relaxed beach day meets the resort’s signature five-star style. Named Best Beach Club in Spain & Portugal 2024, it has earned recognition beyond Marbella for its combination of beachfront dining and polished resort atmosphere.
Food is a real reason to come, with everything from fresh seafood and salads to rice dishes, grilled fish and plenty of plant-based options, while oceanfront loungers make it easy to stay for the afternoon. As sunset approaches, cocktails and DJ sets bring a livelier feel, while selected summer nights can turn Chiringuito into a proper party. On Wednesdays, Suite del Mar takes things up a notch with dinner, Afro house and dancing under the stars, and special guest DJs throughout the season can completely change the pace of the evening.
TAO LIVIN TIP: Come for a late lunch and stay for sunset — it’s one of our picks when food matters as much as the beach-club setting.
Best for: Stylish, laid-back luxury & poolside lounging
Location: Gran Marbella Resort, Marbella East
Vibe: Riviera chic
Pool: Yes
Party vibe: ★★☆☆☆
Set on Playa Real de Zaragoza at Gran Marbella Resort, Amù Beach Club brings a touch of Riviera style to the Marbella coast. Spend the day between the pool, cabanas and beach before settling in for Mediterranean-inspired dishes and cocktails overlooking the sea. Compared with Marbella’s more party-focused clubs, the atmosphere here feels polished but refreshingly relaxed, making it a good choice for couples or groups who want a stylish beach day without the full-on party scene. Come for a long lunch, stay by the pool and let the afternoon unfold at its own pace.
TAO LIVIN TIP: Choose Amù when you want luxury and atmosphere without sacrificing a laid-back beach-day feel.
Best for: Relaxed beach days & dining
Location: Playa de las Cañas, Marbella East
Vibe: Contemporary Mediterranean
Pool: No
Party vibe: ★☆☆☆☆
One of Marbella’s most interesting new arrivals for summer 2026, Beach Club Astoria comes from Björn Frantzén’s restaurant group, the team behind Brasserie Astoria Marbella. Set by the sea in Las Chapas, the new concept brings the Astoria name to the beach for the first time, making it one to watch for anyone who puts food high on their beach-club wish list.
TAO TIP: Add Astoria to your 2026 radar — particularly if you prefer restaurant-led beach clubs over high-energy pool parties.
Best for: Pool days & special DJ events
Location: Estepona
Vibe: Minimalist boho luxury
Pool: Yes
Party vibe: ★★★☆☆
NIDO offers a quieter interpretation of the Costa del Sol beach-club experience, with a striking pool overlooking the Mediterranean, beach access and a contemporary restaurant built around Mediterranean ingredients. On a regular day, NIDO is all about relaxing around its striking pool, eating well and enjoying the Mediterranean views. But it’s worth checking the calendar before you book: selected events bring in excellent DJs and a much livelier crowd, transforming the normally laid-back pool club into a very different experience.
TAO LIVIN TIP: NIDO is one of our picks for couples or anyone wanting a polished pool-and-beach day away from Marbella’s busier party clubs.
Best for: Spacious pool days & families
Location: Laguna Village, Estepona
Vibe: Contemporary Mediterranean
Pool: Yes
Party vibe: ★★☆☆☆
Part of Laguna on Playa del Padrón, Sublim is worth the short trip beyond Marbella for a beach-club day that combines a striking infinity pool, Balinese beds, direct beach access, dining and music. The atmosphere can shift considerably depending on when you visit: come earlier for a relaxed pool-and-lunch day or choose one of its regular events if you want something livelier. Its spacious layout also works particularly well for families, with a designated beach area for children giving younger guests their own space while adults can enjoy the pool, restaurant and beach-club setting.
TAO LIVIN TIP: A good choice for families who still want a proper beach-club setting — the spacious pool area and designated children’s beach zone make it easier with little ones.
Best for: Laid-back family days & boho vibes
Location: Los Granados Playa, Estepona
Vibe: Colourful boho & authentic
Pool: No
Party vibe: ★★★☆☆
Colourful, bohemian and refreshingly unpretentious, Sonora Beach has been a Costa del Sol favourite since 2007. Set directly by the sea in Estepona, it combines tropical greenery, beach beds and a laid-back restaurant with the kind of atmosphere that makes it easy to stay all afternoon. Food is a real strength, with everything from seafood and tuna dishes to Thai-inspired plates, vegan options and a dedicated kids’ menu. Music is part of the Sonora experience too, with DJs still spinning vinyl and the atmosphere becoming livelier towards sunset without turning into a full-on party club.
TAO LIVIN TIP: A great choice for families or mixed groups who want good food, music and a more relaxed, characterful alternative to Marbella’s glossier beach clubs — with the added bonus of parking right outside.
Yes, especially from June to September. Beach beds and popular lunch sittings can book up quickly at weekends, while special events often need to be reserved well ahead. If you have a particular club or bed location in mind, don’t leave it until the day. We’re here to assist you in booking your ideal Marbella beach club venue. Just ask and let us take care of the details.
For a full party atmosphere, Playa Padre, La Plage Casanis, and Nikki Beach are among our top choices.
1. La Plage Casanis – Sunset Ritual: Unwind at La Plage Casanis’ Sunday Ritual Sessions, usually starting at 17:00. Enjoy dancing on the beach, sipping cocktails, and embracing a serene sunset backdrop until late.
2. Playa Padre – BOHO Sunday: One of Marbella’s best-known Sunday beach parties, combining its signature boho setting with DJs, dancing and a crowd that gets livelier as the afternoon unfolds.
3. Nikki Beach Marbella – Living in the Sun: Elevate your Sunday at Nikki Beach, where the sun, music, and beach vibes collide. Dance, dine, and delight in live performances for an unforgettable Sunday under the sun.
For families, we’d look first at Siroko, Barbillón and Lucía Summer Club. They offer a more relaxed daytime atmosphere, while Siroko also has a dedicated children’s area. Bear in mind that the atmosphere at some venues changes later in the day, particularly at weekends.
During the day, stylish resort wear is usually a safe choice: swimwear with a cover-up, sandals and something you can comfortably wear to lunch. For clubs that become livelier later, such as La Plages Casanis and Playa Padre, people tend to dress up a little more. Always check the venue’s current dress code before visiting.
Not all of them. La Cabane, Nikki Beach, Ocean Club, Lucía, Barbillón and Amù have pools, while La Plage Casanis, Playa Padre, Nosso, Dune, Sabine, Siroko are centred around the beach instead.
The best beach club in Marbella ultimately depends on the kind of day you want. We’d choose La Plage Casanis for a long lunch that rolls into sunset, La Cabane for poolside luxury, Playa Padre when partying is the priority and Siroko or Lucía for an easier family day. And with new openings continuing to reshape the scene, we’ll keep updating this guide throughout the season.
